ensure all planning activities meet the standards of NEMA, environmental regulations, and sectoral

Our Environmental Services Include:

Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) & Basic 

Assessments (BA)

We specialise in both Basic Assessments and Full EIAs, as required under NEMA Listing Notices 1–3.

Our services include:

• Full coordination and submission of environmental applications to DFFE (Department of Forestry,

Fisheries and the Environment).

• Scoping and impact identification.

• Compilation of EMPr’s (Environmental Management Programmes) with practical mitigation

measures.

• Integration of biodiversity, heritage, traffic, noise, and air quality specialist studies.

• Stakeholder and public participation process (PPP) management.

• Appeals process assistance when required.

Environmental Screening Reports & Site Sensitivity Verification

All applications submitted under require a screening report. We provide:

• Desktop screening using the official DFFE Environmental Screening Tool.

• On-site verification of sensitivity ratings related to terrestrial biodiversity, hydrology, and heritage

features.

• Motivation for exemption or reduced reporting where appropriate.

Environmental Auditing & Compliance Monitoring

To ensure ongoing legal compliance post-approval, we provide:

• Environmental Control Officer (ECO) services during construction.• Quarterly or ad-hoc environmental audits for private developers, government entities, and

contractors.

• Corrective action plans and incident management.

Whether the project is a small-scale reservoir or a multi-phase mixed-use development, we ensure the

appropriate level of assessment and documentation to support environmental authorisation.
